Inside Cinch Patronage^TM you can automatically capture Purchase or Sales information to calculate the allocations. Checks can be posted to different G/L accounts for interest and dividend payments. Easily handle equity transfers, conversions, Write-offs and stock purchases.

Create Member classes to group members for voting, allocations and equity pay-outs. Create various Stock types used to allocate funds to members of different groups. Equities of each stock type are stored separately ( preferred, revolving, capital reserve, equity, and regional patronage).

Inside this screen, handle multiple account numbers for equity ownership and an applicable percentage of ownership so several family members can have separate billings but one single equity position.
