Sales Splits

Splits:
Split Billing allows ease of billing on all split accounts separately. No matter how your customers require their billing, you can accommodate them using the Split Billings feature. CINCH Sales can split an invoice between one or more customers with each customer getting their share of the invoice and A/R obligation.
Odd dollar amounts can be designated or alternated between accounts. Split returns are handled in a similar manner as Split Invoices. User-defined Split codes can be set up and pre-assigned to customer accounts. Split code exceptions can be setup to include or exclude certain items and class(es) or define percentages by items and class(es) per account.

Regulatory:
Within this feature you have the ability to enter a DOT Description for certain items and automatically print a DOT manifest. It provides full compliance in your ag retail business by generating the mandatory documents at the time of delivery. Complete with hazardous materials shipping papers and placarding instructions, CINCH provides the tools you need to be DOT compliant. Cinch Sales allows you to automatically generate DOT manifests and has the ability to integrate to CDMS.

    • Statements: CINCH Sales gives you options like Choice of Open Invoice or Balance Forward in this feature. The standard Great Plains Aging Report can be modified to back the prepaid dollar amounts out of the standard Aging Bucket. It, then, can place the figure in a new “Pre-paid” column. The option Line Detail Statements displays the line detail of each invoice--not just the total of each invoice.
    • Prepayments: Inventory allocation for Prepaid Items can be flagged to either allocate or keep a separate “Prepaid Status.” The prepayments feature allows you to set up prepayment policies to accept customer prepays by item, category, general account or by the order. It allows for easy changes in Class and Item Prepays, and for ease of transferring prepay from within a customer’s account.
    • Integration: Integrate to Croplan Genetics Soar 21™, Dow Mycogen M-Link™. Automate order transfer to Syngenta® Seeds and Monsanto®. The .NET platform Supports XML communication.
    • General Ledger: Track sales by Company, Region, or Branch by using General Ledger account based on Branch.
      Track wholesale and retail sales distribution through separate GL account distribution.
    • Order/Invoice Entry: Enter multiple items on a contract & shipping. Contract with total quantity only. Display items with price only. All items that are sold affect the contract quantity delivered.
      Support Credit Limit (warnings and overrides) that include user configurable Bookings, orders and Accounts/Receivable balance
      Allow for entering Negative Line Items for discount or return purposes.

      Assign security settings to an individual user and selectively apply those settings to an overall class or to individual users.
