Bill of Materials:
Bill of Materials acts as the recipe for Process Manufacturing. CINCH Process Manufacturing includes a user-defined Bill of Materials that can include consumed, produced or labor items. This feature Supports multi-level Bill of Materials.

Cost Allocation:
Consumed line items can be inventory or non-inventoried items with the flexibility to use its current, standard or accrual cost for allocation to the produced items. Allocate to produced items by weight, unit or manually inputting the percentage.

    • Processing: CINCH Process Manufacturing manages inventory for your day-to-day production operations by using pre-defined recipes to outline manufacturing requirements, control costs and manage work in process. You can manage multiple work centers, set up activity codes to track multiple types of inventory processing and track lot information on consumed and produced items. CINCH's user friendly screens allow for efficient data entry without the added keystrokes.
    • Bill of Materials: There are variations of costing methods by item including Standard, Accrual or Current. Categorize recipe items as produced or consumed. Use multi-level Bill of Materials (for example, one Bill of Materials can be used in another Bill of Materials that is 10 levels further into the system).
    • Reports and Inquiries: Create variance reports of expected Bill of Materials vs. Actual production. Generate end-of-day usage and production reports. Create position reports that projects raw material requirements from finished goods sales and projections to provide an accurate report. This feature allows for automated download of board prices.
